Beginner

New to Reformer Pilates or returning from injury? This class moves at a slower, supportive pace, focusing on the fundamentals of the Reformer machine and core Pilates principles. You'll build confidence, control, and strength as you learn—but don’t be fooled, it’s still a full-body workout.

 

Please Note:
We strongly recommend completing at least 3 Beginner classes before progressing to Beginner to Intermediate or Intermediate levels.

Beginner to Intermediate

Feeling more confident with the basics? This is the perfect bridge between our foundational and intermediate classes. We’ll introduce more challenging exercises, smoother transitions, and a slightly quicker flow while reinforcing your technique and form. Ideal for those ready to step things up without diving straight into Intermediate.

We recommend completing 3 Beginner classes before joining this level, unless you already have prior Reformer experience.

Intermediate

55mins class

A more traditional, full-spectrum Pilates workout designed to challenge both body and mind. You'll move through a wider range of exercises with increased pace and complexity, focusing on precision, muscular endurance, and flexibility. This class also introduces foundations of Jump Board work, preparing you for more dynamic,
cardio-based movements.

Please Note:
This class is ideal for those who have completed Beginner to Intermediate or are confident and experienced with Reformer basics.

Advanced

55mins class

Ready to take it to the next level? This high-energy, sweat-inducing class features dynamic sequences, advanced Jump Board work, and complex exercises designed to elevate your heart rate and seriously fire up your glutes. Prepare for intensity and control in equal measure.

This class is designed for experienced clients who are confident at the Intermediate level. We do not recommend this class for beginners or those still learning the foundations.

Jump Board

Take your cardio and strength training up a notch with our Jump Board class. Combining low-impact, plyometric-style movements with classic Reformer exercises, this class challenges endurance, coordination, and muscle power while being gentle on your joints. Whether you're an Intermediate or Advanced Pilates client, expect to elevate your heart rate and engage your core with every jump.

Maternity

Designed specifically for pre- and post-natal clients, our Maternity Pilates class focuses on gentle strength building, core stability, and flexibility to support your body through every stage of pregnancy and recovery. With a strong emphasis on breathwork and pelvic floor health, this class offers a safe and supportive environment tailored to your changing body.​
